Counting Sheep

sheep

I can’t sleep and it makes me mad. There must be too much on my mind.  I have re-fluffed my pillow and tossed and turned and sleep just isn’t going to happen.  It really annoys me because Hillbilly is asleep.  I just want to reach over and shake the you know what out of him.  It’s just not fair that he is sleeping without me.  I bet he’s dreaming of puppy dogs or fishing as he snores in my ear.  How dare him sleep peacefully while I lay here staring at the ceiling.  Does he have no shame?  It’s just wrong…

It’s going to be a long lonely night.

How about waking him up for a little "you know what" maybe that will tire you out. Good luck

Lone Star I haven't been able to sleep since I did the menopause thing. I wake up every night(morning)around 3:30. I grab my laptop and read blogs. Doesn't put me to sleep though. I have a snoring husband and nothing wakes him up and you are right, it is just wrong, wrong, wrong!

*sigh* I hate to say I can identify, but I can. I wake almost every single night, anywhere from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Sometimes it can be for a few hours, or maybe only 30 minutes. At any rate, it's rare for me to have a solid, full night of sleep with no interruptions!!

It can really suck sometimes to be a woman in the throes of menopause!

omg. I have the worst insomnia. I have Fibromyalgia and insomnia is just one of the symptoms. Being awake, when you are dead tired, and the rest of the world is sleeping is so depressing...
I hope you were finally able to catch a few zzzz's!
